Be the belle of the bathroom in this frilly shower cap in a vibrant African/Dutch wax print fabric with abstract bow design. The pattern beautifully balances cerise pink and white bow-shapes, outlined in maroon with diagonal dashes on a cool turquoise ground with a subtle batik pattern. Lined with white shower proof polyester, the shower cap is finished of with a matching maroon cotton bias binding trim.

Handmade to my own design, I adjusted the fit to leave plenty of room for the lengthiest tresses and a perfect frill which won't get in the way of your ablutions!

The shower cap measures approximately 42 cm (16½" ) from the elastic band across the crown and the elastic band measures approx. 50 cm (20") in circumference. The frill has a depth of 4 cm (1½" ). The shower cap is finished off with THE NIGHT OWL embroidered label, discreetly hand stitched to the inside.

I recommend washing with care at 30˚C and hanging your shower cap up to dry after use.

This shower cap is designed to keep hair tucked in and to protect it from being caught or splashed in a running shower. It is not described as being fully water proof and will get wet if you stand under the full force of a running shower. I've been happily keeping my long locks dry under one for several years no bother. Here's what my customers have to say:
